The stress hormones working in our body can cause disease. When we meditate and align with the spiritual aspect of ourselves, we can know our power and that all possibilities exist. When focused on possibility, creativity can be sparked. Faith (belief in self) can change our state of being.

I encourage self-empowerment. In a session, our goal is to balance the body’s energy together, and the work of restoring health and well-being is left to you and your body as the body naturally, innately heals itself. 

While I can’t provide any guarantees, I have seen much success in the release or reduction of discomfort and other unpleasant complaints, ranging from menstrual cramps to helping clients more easily navigate the effects of anesthesia following surgery.

Each of the modalities I work with and teach can take you on a self-healing journey – which can lead you into direct contact with your spiritual or conscious self. This kind of alignment creates the opportunity to make dreams become reality.
